We're looking for families who resonate with our philosophy and will enrich our community — and we want you to feel genuinely excited about what Creekhouse offers your child. Each step of our process is a chance to learn more about each other, so that by the end, we can decide together whether this is the right fit.
Schedule a call to chat with us directly. This is your chance to learn about our approach, meet the founding team, ask questions, and get a feel for who we are. We'd love to hear about your dreams for your child.
After our initial conversation, families are invited to complete a full application. This is where you share more about your child — who they are, what lights them up, how they navigate the world. It's also a space for you to reflect on what you're looking for in a learning community and what your family might bring to ours.
We'll schedule a 45 minute call with one or both parents to continue the conversation. This will be a chance to go deeper on questions from either side, to share hopes and concerns, and to sense whether there's resonance between your family and our community.
Your child will be invited to join us for a trial day (or more) at Creekhouse. This gives your child a chance to get to know us and experience our approach firsthand — while helping us understand whether our self-directed, mixed-age environment is the right fit for your family.
After the trial day, we'll connect again with parents for a closing conversation. We'll share our observations, hear yours, and together decide whether Creekhouse is the right home for your child. Offer decisions follow shortly after.
